Food sensitivity testing using Kinesiology

In Kinesiology, we use “muscle monitoring” to individualise our nutrition. What is said to be “good food” may not be good for an individual person at any particular time. This test will help you develop an awareness of your personal nutritional requirements and help you avoid foods which are not helpful.

During the session, we will identify ‘Biocidic’ foods that downgrade your energy system, leaving you feeling tired, bloated, irritable and sometimes with skin problems.

We will use different vials (very small glass jars) containing diluted foods and place them individually on specific key points on the body. Using muscle testing, the body will help us identify which of these foods represents a stressor to your energy system and weakens it. Under stress such as food sensitivity, our muscles will respond by weakening and during the test, you will be able to feel it yourself and understand how a food can affect you.
